The military is finally gaining control of some parts of the martial spectrum which they have been after for a long time. But don't ask any teachers about this. I have confronted many so-called scientists and teachers concerning the new ENMOD technology which has been largely deployed here in America since 911, and they either say it is nothing, jets dumping fuel, or they deny it is even a phenomenon.
