The Great Lament



It is the year 2008, and in America there is a great lamenting. How has this country fallen to such depths of poverty and decline? Why are people so complacent, unable to act together for their own good?

Is it because we have been split up with thousands of different religions?

Within the supposed monotheism most people subscribe to, are thousands and thousands of individual churches, each with a localized philosophy based on many things, not least being the general ethnicity of the area. As well, most churches have local hierarchies to deal with; custom, culture, tradition, local environments, along with the obvious necessity of funding the workings of the church; all have a good little bit to do with how a so called temple of God is formed, what it becomes. That is rather self evident, but needs reiteration when attempting to discern the problems besetting America today.

It takes great effort to cultivate uniformity among churches, even within the same religion, and if anyone thinks that true uniformity is actually possible anywhere, especially among people, they are acting rather doltish, and need to reassess many things.

In America the one unifying force among many groups, religion included, is the Almighty Dollar. Here in America, you will seldom hear the words God, or Goddess, or the like, except during the occasional swearing of something, but anywhere you go, if you listen, you will hear the Main word, the mantra of America, and this happens in churches too! The word? MONEY. Listen for it, you may be in for a surprise.

So. Is every church become just another form of fund raising, to the exclusion of all else? That would explain a lot, but it is too pat, simplistic. Humans are complex entities, and even though money has become something of a tin god here, it is certainly not the cause of all our woes, nor are the churches whose god it seems to have become. Together these factors do add up though, making matters worse here in the land of the free and the home of the...well...here in America. Yes, events produce a cumulative effect, everything is interconnected, it can be no other way. That too is worth remembering.

Money was once relegated to necessity, a servant, a service, it was fluidity via precious metals which could not be achieved through barter. Money was once simply a facilitator of commerce. It is now become the actual carrot at the end of the stick, the goal for so many, and satisfaction for none, it is a goad, not a god, but for some reason Americans have lost track of the facts. We must wonder why.

Maybe Americans have become unable to act for their own benefit because of all the drugs they are taking. After all, relatively few illegal drugs are used anymore, because anything that involves money has become tolerated at least, or quasi-legalized as MEDICINE, then taxed to make the dead squeal. Alcohol is the only real recreational drug available, also taxed ad infinitum, and it is thought by some that alcohol has been made available in such quantities because it literally creates violence, thereby helping to justify the need for a police state. This is a desired effect of something much bigger, which we will look into later.

For a fact, Americans, along with much of the rest of the world, imbibe a true pharmacopeia of manufactured drugs hourly. Lots of these supposed miracle drugs are mind altering agents, and many are proven to cause death in a fair portion of their users. Bad prescriptions cause many more deaths per year than handguns. Look it up. These legal drugs, like alcohol products, are dispensed at corner drug stores, grocery markets, and drive-throughs everywhere. They are advertised on television and radio and in the newspapers. Even scarier, this is all done at the behest of crime families who have become legitimate, or who have arranged a legitimate appearance for themselves. The astute will of course wonder if America is being literally attacked by a medical industry meandering and insincere in its purpose, except when that purpose is purveying pharmaceutical drugs, which of course is the purpose of profit. That would certainly do a number on us, wouldn't it? To make matters worse, it has been shown in many instances that these purveyors of legal drugs have many times been caught “Disease Mongering”, or intentionally creating fear of a non-existant disease to which they possess the treatment, usually very expensive. (2) The operative word there is Treatment, by the way.

There are very few real cures among the ghouls of modern American medicine any more, that's for sure. That's probably because there is no money in cures. Big dollars in treatments though. Treatments for the life of the patient. Forever and ever. Expensive drugs. Hospital visits. Research. What a treasure chest. When past medical boondoggles are taken into consideration, like the cancer causing agents in many vaccines, it is not far fetched at all to think that perhaps America has been attacked through its healthcare, and its still going on.

Anyone with a brain will also wonder if Americans have just devolved into a nation of nothing but mean spirited and small minded tax payers? Hopelessness and depression are definitely alive and well here. Has everyone just lost interest, as they say in the newspapers and on television today?

We are being treated as if all we are good for is financing an international elite who have set up house here. Many of these elite are third generation beneficiaries of the religious fund-raising that has permeated our society for the last 100 years or so. These elite and their paper, whose representatives continue to rake Americans over the coals for food, water, fuel, and medicine, have been very busy for a long time, as we will soon see, and to say that their activities are predatory is an understatement of great magnitude. Has America finally been bled to the point that the whole shebang is just an unhealthy appendage waiting to die, in need of amputation? Has Columbia become a cankerous whore?

Or is it something...more? Could it be that the above are just indications, symptoms, the Visible aspects, of a slow and covert attack, concerted and well financed, which is just now culminating enough to show some of its shape? Something along the lines of consent engineering? Social Reformation? Perhaps even Behavior Modification?



The Attack Heard Round The World

Americas latest nightmare, which began on the 11th of September, in the year 2001 AD, will not soon be forgotten. This nightmare was in fact heralded by a lesser nightmare: an obvious corruption of the voting process, which was never supposed to happen, but did. This corruption was well planned by many people, and ended in a stolen election. Instead of a president, America became heir to an appointee. Twice in fact, and this trend seems to be repeating itself, as one might reasonably expect it to. Once these type of perception managers get their foot in the door, it is very hard to undo their damage. Other examples of this include the illegal and unconstitutional income tax; instituted as a temporary war funding measure, it was to be rescinded once the so-called necessity for it passed. Think on that a little while, then ask yourself if America can expect honest elections again without some sort of revolution taking place. There are myriad Emergency War Powers Acts in place now as well, some that have been in place since the 60’s and earlier. (3)

These also were to be rescinded, because they virtually suspended the constitution during the largely imagined emergencies which were their rationale, but like the above mentioned examples of the income tax, and the fraudulent electronic voting systems, they have been hanging around since their inception, and it looks like they will never go away. They are inroads at the highway to the destruction of freedom, and are constantly being built for that purpose by every president, since FDR, especially the appointed one in power now.

911.

Emergency.

Get It?

As to preparation for this corruption of our voting system, not only was the voting apparatus usurped electronically, but the odds were stacked within politics itself, with a slow buy-off of all representatives of the people, since at least the Civil War. That is in fact how the income tax, the Federal Reserve, and so much else have happened here: the candidates are nearly all equal in their representation of foreign interests, versus Americans interests. America is now trapped within a whirlpool of never ending debt and lack of money, and this is the end of a long term plan, a machinated event. That's right, an Attack. Nearly everyone in our government is complicit. I have personally identified 16 good people within the hundreds in our government, and those 16 are not popular, believe that.

Early in this double nightmare which has become so much more, certain things were happening, long standing things of a dissenting nature in direct opposition to the appointment of the resident, and also in opposition to his family's concerted theft of the voting process. But then came 911, an events catalyst that many have come to believe was planned well ahead of time too, and was bound to happen no matter which candidate was appointed to lead the country. Either way, 911 squashed any dissent, no matter how strong or organized it was becoming. And that was just one result of the terrorism in New York on that fateful day.

The insurance clauses against terrorism which were added to the buildings' policies only a short time before the so-called terror attack, which caused the destruction of three of the largest steel framed buildings in the world, along with the fact that the twin towers were a dangerous and deteriorating white elephant already slated for demolition, said demolition to cost at least FIVE TIMES AS MUCH as their construction, points to the fact that someone was going to take a financial beating, and then some. (4) The jaded and cloistered engineers of world finance, they don't like that to happen. Not at all. They will do anything possible to keep things like that from happening, to keep from having to own up to their own mistakes. If they can shove it off on the people, on the so-called People's Debt, all the better. This is what happened, and quite a lot more. But there is remedy to their way of doing things. Keep reading, its all here.

The official explanations of 911 seem ludicrous when weighed against many facts that have come to light since. The oral depositions of the emergency personnel, which had to be acquired via the Freedom Of Information Act, AND a lawsuit, are quite indicative too. This is because those testimonies continually prove over and over again that the witnesses were watching a controlled demolition, versus a terrorist act. (5)

Also, the film footage that has since surfaced give lie to the official story in so many ways that thinking people must at least ask questions concerning that official story, many many questions, and also look deeply into the ramifications of the entire scenario. The stock profits that were made by certain parties are another part of what many rightfully consider a cover-up by insiders and actual perpetrators.

Those would be the international elite who have set up house here. Their representatives ran the 911 Commission, the Warren Commission, and many other so called boards of inquiry: they are rife in our government. Many of these people actually hold passports for countries other then America, mostly Israel, while also holding top secret security clearances here in America. The most notable of these dual citizens is one Michael Chertoff, who was Assistant Attorney General on 9-11. Following 911, Mr. Chertoff immediately freed over 100 Israeli spies in America, and was then promoted to head the Department Of Homeland Security. There are many other indications that Israel played more than just a victims role in the fiasco of September 11 2001, and some of that will be illuminated further in the next chapter.

The appointed president of America is the servant of the internationalists who have taken advantage of Americans' inherent good nature and honesty. The real truth about 911 has yet to be seen though, and it is hoped this book will open the eyes of many people to a new technology of control that is largely invisible, but oh so coercive, and is probably what 911 was REALLY about.

911 was the distraction, the shock, the actual creation of the fragmented mind within the collective psyche (A well known mind control tactic used on individuals) so that this new law enforcement/tax enforcement technology, developed all in secret and denied denied denied unto this day, could be deployed. A secret Air Force, A secret Space Program, Spy Satellite Systems that can monitor individual conversations anywhere, aerosol programs for Quantum Energy Harvesting and human experimentation, through-roof and through-wall eavesdropping equipment, high power electronic field technologies deployable by the military next door...and much much more.

An Attack indeed. With the majority of the victims completely incapable of even discerning their own demise. No expense has been spared, no detail overlooked, in this overtly covert conquest, because Americans have a long history of seeing beyond the pall, of counter-intuiting the lurker at the threshold. This long term attack was built with lies, and religious twaddle, and technology, and drugs. It had to be oh-so carefully crafted, foisted upon America as a benefit called drought remediation. What was not forthcoming from these providers of benefits, and still isn’t, is this: it was the other half of the elite's scientists, the Nazis who went to Russia after World War II, who then developed and used Tesla antennae technology to create this American drought from the other side of the world, commencing in the 1960’s, and becoming worse ever since. Quite a weapon. Beginning in the 80’s and even before, the emergency drought remediation was begun, very quietly, oh so quietly, because thats not really what it was for. This cover story was then further obscured with a super adept curtain of confusion called global warming, all in all allowing the carefully hidden wireless sciences, in all their various aspects, to be deployed with decent deniability as to the real effects and harms caused.

Mind Control OTE (Other Than Electronic)

Mind Control Other Than Electronic. Doesn't that just make you want to jump off your seat and run around in circles? Knowing that there are so many kinds of covert warfare being waged against we the people, that's just the icing on the cake after actually experiencing them, Hmmmm? This OTE mind control of suggestion and programming via pain, dissociation, deprivation, drugs, perception management by control of information sources, stalking, mobbing, covert and overt harassments of all kinds, plus much much more, actually preceded electronic mind control by centuries. Many religious and other disciplines of the world are just the products of OTE mind control programming, where normal human attributes, desires, and traits are subverted to serve purposes beyond the individual, whether that purpose be the state, a church, a fraternity, or even the devil himself.

This type of mind control required a vast amount of experimentation, and has been practiced for centuries to achieve just the right recipes for success. The truth is, experimentation in this type of mind control has never stopped, and because of this refinement in experimental procedure, the people who are behind these programs are now quite adept at manipulating the human mind in all its many vectors and phases. Based on intimidation and trauma, the resulting behavior produced by these activities is just as predictable, perhaps even more so, than mind control achieved by electronic means.


Mind control derived from early experimentation (pre-electronic) requires some sort of cleaving event, some radical trauma to begin the programming of the subject. The programmers are said to prefer children as subjects because they are much more susceptible to trauma, and can be trained/programmed over lengthy periods of time. Orphanages, prisons and mental hospitals are the customary sources of human test subjects for OTE mind control, and though that has not changed, more and more children and even adults are being subjected to these forms of mind control in schools, the workplace, and even in their own neighborhoods.


Marionette Programming

Marionette programming is one name given to a relatively successful mind control program developed in Nazi Germany, then brought to America with the Paperclip scientists after World War II. (1) Like so much else brought to America by that batch of Nazi scientists, the Marionette mind control methods became a vast and far reaching program within the United States military industrial complex. This type of programming appears to have been practiced and further developed here in America under the auspices of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), possessing code names like Operation Artichoke, Project Monarch, MK-ULTRA, MK-CHAOS, and many others. When those programs came to light through investigations within government itself, the vast majority of the records of the programs were illegally destroyed. Subsequent research on these projects has led to some startling and horrifying conclusions, even though the only paperwork that survived the shredders were several boxes of business receipts. Those few boxes of receipts certainly told a story, which was later fleshed out somewhat with congressional testimony given by several upper tier operatives responsible for these experiments in Nazi Mind Control. There are first hand accounts from victims of Marionette Programming too, and the reader is encouraged to research this further if their curiosity is piqued in the least.

How it works: once a trauma, or traumas are introduced to the psyche of a subject by way of physical and/or psychic torture and injury, manipulation is then begun by exploiting the human minds natural ability to dissociate, to repress unpleasant experiences. By increasing trauma, and introducing reward for correct behavior, a true Multiple Personality Disorder or Dissociative Identity Disorder (2) is then created within the mind of the subject. In successful programming these multiple personalities, or, more correctly, distinct separate fragments of the original personality, are created. Unaware of each other, these personality facets will act independently, with one or more of them being perfectly receptive to orders from the original handler/programmer, or an appointee.

It is probable that the end goal of this Nazi mind control is to create perfect servants and slaves, as well as remorseless assassins who would then have no memory of their deeds. The evidence available on the internet and in printed form today indicates that though this program of mind control was quickly dismantled as soon as some light was shined upon it, it was just continued in some other place, in even greater secrecy. Some think that the program is alive and well somewhere in Mexico, and in other foreign countries still.




Finders

There have been many reports, both hearsay and substantiated, concerning children and certain groups within the United States government, most notably having to do with the Central Intelligence Agency. That is the very same agency responsible for the above named projects having to do with Nazi Mind Control. There are too many ties between the CIA, unaccounted-for children, and the known and proven mind control projects, to just dismiss the evidence as superfluous or unfounded. Things like the Franklin Coverup, and incidents of unchaperoned children discovered in the White House during the reign of the appointees father, will lead the researcher to new realms of shock and awe concerning just what is happening in America today. The ties of these same people with groups like the fundamental Mormons, and the Finders, who were based in Washington D.C., also speak volumes:

On Thursday, 2/5/87, the duty agent, SS/A [deleted], received a call from SS/A [deleted], USCS [U.S. Customs Service], Tallahassee, Florida. SS/A [deleted] was seeking assistance in contacting an appropriate local police agency to coordinate a child abuse investigation in with the Tallahassee Police Department....U.S. Customs was contacted because the police officers involved suspected the adults of being involved in child pornography and knew the Customs Service to have a network of child pornography investigators, and of the existence of the Child Pornography and Protection Unit. SS/A [deleted] stated the two adults were well dressed white males. They had custody of six white children (boys and girls), ages three to six years. The children were observed to be poorly dressed, bruised, dirty, and behaving like wild animals in a public park in Tallahassee. The police were notified by a concerned citizen and all eight persons were taken into custody. The subjects were living out of a white 1979 Dodge van, Virginia license no. XHW 557. Upon being taken into custody, the adult white males refused to cooperate, one of whom produced a "business" card with a name on one side and a statement on the other. The statement indicated that the bearer knew his constitutional rights to remain silent and that he intended to do so. Upon interviewing the children, the police officers found that they could not adequately identify themselves or their custodians. Further, they stated that they were enroute to Mexico to attend a school for "smart kids." SS/A [deleted] was further advised the children were unaware of the function and purpose of telephones, televisions and toilets, and that the children had stated they were not allowed to live indoors and were only given food as a reward....During the course of the search warrants, numerous documents were discovered which appeared to be concerned with international trafficking in children, high tech transfer to the United Kingdom, and international transfer of currency....[Special Agent, US Customs Service, Ramon J. Martinez}: The instructions included the impregnation of female members of the community known as the Finders, purchasing children, trading and kidnapping. There were telex messages using MCI account numbers between a computer terminal believed to be located in the same room, and others located across the country and in foreign locations. One such telex specifically ordered the purchase of two children in Hong Kong to be arranged through a contact in the Chinese Embassy there...other documents identified interests in high tech transfers to the United Kingdom, numerous properties under the control of the Finders, a keen interest in terrorism, explosives, and the evasion of law enforcement...Some of the photographs were nudes, believed to be members of the Finders. There were numerous photos of children, some nude, at least one of which was a photo of a child "on display" and appearing to accent the child's genitals. I was only able to examine a very small amount of the photos at this time. However, one of the officers presented me with a photo album for my review. The album contained a series of photos of adults and children dressed in white sheets participating in a "blood ritual." The ritual centered around the execution of at least two goats. The photos portrayed the execution, disembowelment, skinning and dismemberment of the goats at the hands of the children. This included the removal of the testes of a male goat, the discovery of a female goat's "womb" and the "baby goats" inside the womb, and the presentation of a goat's head to one of the children. Further inspection of the premises disclosed numerous files relating to activities of the organization in different parts of the world. Locations I observed are as follows: London, Germany, the Bahamas, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Africa, Costa Rica, and "Europe." There was also a file identified as "Palestinian." Other files were identified by member name or "project" name. The projects appearing to be operated for commercial purposes under front names for the Finders. There was one file entitled "Pentagon Break-In," and others referring to members operating in foreign countries. Not observed by me but related by an MPD officer were intelligence files on private families not related to the Finders.... PAGE 2 OF 2 DETAILS OF INVESTIGATION: On March 31, 1987, I contacted Detective [deleted] of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Department (MPD). I was to meet with Detective [deleted] to review the documents seized pursuant to two search warrants executed in January, 1987. The meeting was to take place on April 2 or 3, 1987. On April 2, 1987, I arrived at MPD at approximately 9:00 a.m. Detective [deleted] was not available. I spoke to a third party who was willing to discuss the case with me on a strictly "off the record" basis. I was advised that all the passport data had been turned over to the State Department for their investigation. The State Department in turn, advised the MPD that all travel and use of the passports by the holders of the passports was within the law and no action would be taken. This included travel to Moscow, North Korea, and North Vietnam from the late 1950s to mid 1970s. The individual further advised me of circumstances which indicated the investigation into the activity of the Finders had become a CIA internal matter. The MPD report has been classified SECRET and was not available for review. I was advised that the FBI had withdrawn from the investigation several weeks prior and that the FBI Foreign Counter Intelligence Division had directed MPD not to advise the FBI Washington Field Office of anything that had transpired. No further information will be available. No further action will be taken." (3)

Judging by the timelines involved, and the realized sophistication of various mind control programs, it is considered to be at least possible that many of the civil "servants" in upper government have been exposed to Marionette Programming in varying degrees from an early age -- all well prepared for unquestioning roles in a New World Order since childhood.


The New KKK

There are many forms of mind control OTE. One form has become quite prevalent since 911, and seems to be an offshoot of government activity produced by new security laws such as the so called Patriot Act. Elevating the neighborhood watch mentality to new heights, some groups seem to have taken it upon themselves to single out individuals in an effort to enforce a mindset, or to reinvigorate their own ideas about themselves and their power as a group. There may be ties to some fundamental religious organizations or fraternal organizations, who are enforcing political ideals versus laws. Some researchers have labeled these types the American Taliban. Some of the strictures to which they are known to adhere certainly justify that label.

The name for the activity of these groups is Stalking/Mobbing. They are known to practice intimidation, covert and overt harassment; to disrupt commerce or social activities, and they can appear anywhere: in someone's neighborhood, in schools, the workplace, or the internet. They seem to have access to wiretapping technology, and other records not normally available to the public, meaning private finances, etc., and whether this is being aided through government agencies, or just within a sort of private mafia is yet to be discerned. One might first assume these are rogue or fanatic off-duty police officers, or intelligence operatives practicing a new type of political law enforcement, and though that should not be ruled out entirely, there are records of some police officers themselves suffering these depredations.

Mobbing and stalking are closely related activities: mobbers can be stalkers at the same time, and vice versa. The main strong point in stalking and mobbing activity is that it is deniable by the perpetrators. These practitioners of street theater will usually vacate an area quickly once they are discovered, but they always return. Some good results have been obtained by filming these people as they go about their routine. The mobbers and stalkers of the 21st century practice a form of mind control pioneered by the ku klux klan (4), consisting of passive intimidation. This is normally just prelude to further treatments, including but not limited to vandalism and even violence. That is the threat behind stalking/mobbing, and the people engaging in the activity know that.



Theatrics

A lot of mobbing stalking definitely qualifies as street theater (5), a concerted performance by several professional agents, in order to confuse and frighten a single subject. This can even be carried into the home area, and many times is. Sometimes indiscernible breaking and entering is performed by these operators, and the subjects residence left untouched except for minor adjustments to private things that the subject will be sure to notice, but doubt. This will begin to cause uneasiness in the mind of a subject, eventually causing them to question their own mental well being. This particular operation is called Gaslighting (6), and it is a major tool in the creation of cognitive dissonance, which is a main form of OTE disruption of normal thought processes. Inroads such as true and observable cognitive dissonance are then exploited in further, more potent operations, which can and many times do climax in the utter destruction of the subject. More than occasionally the final results of these operations also include at least a few innocent bystanders.

This type of highly detailed and professional mobbing and stalking was developed by intelligence agencies, and though largely electronic it also utilizes intimidation, and especially sleep deprivation. Loud noises, banging doors, car horns, and Myriad other normal sounds are used during a subjects normal sleep hours to disallow thorough rest. The success of programs such as these depends on secrecy, so that the subject cannot ever put anything together.

The goal is to keep certain subjects in a state of unrest and anxiety, for various reasons. Some of these goals include the ability to instigate violence in the subject itself. These type of operations are quite evident in todays world. Every time anti-gun legislation is attempted, there is invariably a shooter or two, labeled by the popular media as another nut with a gun, who just happens to set the example necessary to support anti-gun attitudes. There are many other instances where otherwise inexplicable happenings appear as if orchestrated just for TV news, and that's because they are.

Anxiety created in a subject by government operatives is usually much more intense and therefore much more predictable in its eruptions and end results. This is because, unlike the private sector, these operatives DO have access to all manner of government resources which can, and are, used to perpetrate economic terrorism and health deprivation; to create anxiety and fear; to instill hate and distrust; and more. Many subjects are unknowingly held in unstable mindsets for years, to be pulled out of the magicians hat when necessary. In fact, a large portion of the entire population of the United States has been subjected to many of these dis-attributes en masse, for quite some time, and especially since the arrival of the appointed president, and 911.

Like all other forms of mind control, these intimidations become much greater in power and scope when used with electronic forms of mind control.



Mass Mind Control

The ability of mass media to influence the way people think is well proven. This has become hydraulic in the sense that one of medias main objectives is to restrict information, rather than purvey information, causing true stupidity among the audience in a way the audience is unable to perceive. As time goes on this stupidity becomes so ingrained that the entire society becomes subject to it. The more stupid an audience becomes, the easier it is for the media to coerce them through restriction of information, and this ugly intellectual whirlpool is very apparent here in early 21st century America.

Newspapers were the first to abscond with the American intellect. In his autobiographical dictation of January 24, 1906, Samuel Langhorne Clemens, aka Mark Twain, correctly described Newspaper Mogul William R. Hearst as the father of yellow journalism, the "calamity of calamities". That is a better than average description of what has happened within the entirety of American media since those early days, and it becomes apparent that the forceful rape of the compliant American mind, through entertainment and razzle-dazzle, has been going on since then at least.

Hearst discovered the true baseness of public curiosity, and exploited it for personal gain with what can only be called a sneering relish and disdain. The more outrageous his reporting became, the more popular his papers were! It is no wonder that he and Mellon, and Dupont were able to machinate the first of many government coups against the constitution, by cleverly and systematically demonizing a very beneficial plant, then making it illegal with nothing but lies, subterfuge and cunning.

The illegal Marijuana Tax Act of 1937 was passed with very few legislators even aware of it, because it was a very special interest legislation enacted strictly to protect the Hearst families large interests in wood pulp paper, along with the Dupont bio-plastics patents gained from Germany as spoils of war after World War One (7).

This legislated tax act was actually the result of a new invention patented in 1917 by one George W. Schlicten; Mr. Schlictens invention, the Hemp Decorticator, did for hemp what the cotton gin did for cotton. The hemp plant had been burdensome to process prior to the decorticator, its only drawback as a material, but it was still farmed heavily because of its value to the navy and industry as rope. The decorticator brought the price of processing hemp (Which also made the worlds most durable paper) well below the cost of processing first growth forests to make newspapers. W.R. Hearst had unwisely invested in many wood pulp paper plants, and the northwest forest land to supply them. The hemp plant had to be stopped! And stopped it was.

Hearst successfully demonized the hemp plant by playing up its use as a euphoric by black jazz musicians, thereby fanning the fires of racism as well, but overall this perception management was just a minor part of Willys shenanigans: he soon became a consummate war maker, arms dealer, antiquities thief, and much much more, all because he was able to sway the public, not with moving pictures or special effects, but with the simple written word, assembled in sensational ways. This set the tone for most popular journalism surviving in America to this day.

Once Television and radio became the main information suppliers to the American audience, any battle with yellow journalism was done, and the clean up operation was begun. Mind control became further and further refined, and once the mass was firmly ensconced in a managed reality, the targets of cutting edge mind control became the occasional black sheep, the outsiders, the autodidacts, the forever learners and travelers...they who dared to question.

And so ends this story of mind control in America during the first decade of the 21st century.

Street Theater used in Gang Stalking
"Street theater" when spoken of in a gang stalking context refers to carefully scripted harassment by neighbors and strangers especially, but can include harassment by family, friends and co-workers. These skits are designed to keep a target at a high stress level, but are crafted so that outside observers are likely to wave the skits off as "the breaks". The cumulative effect of such skits can be crushing to sensitive victims. Noise, crowding in person or on the highway, stealing items from shopping cart when in the checkout line, and kids sent to hang out in front of, stare, make noise, in front of a victim's house or by putting strange items on a lawn as the victim drives by, such as a vacuum cleaner!
There was a car parked on the roadside and as soon as the person saw me coming, he opened the door and got out into the street! This street theater skit was designed to send a message to get out!
Because it is common to get out of cars it is hard for other people to understand. However in Gang Stalking this is shown to the victim in an overt way at first in a very unusual manner. In the example above it is obvious only to the victim that the person is sitting in the car waiting to get out as the victim goes by, instead of pulling up, stopping and getting out in a normal sequence.

confiscated with no explanation. He was taken to a
small interrogation room and had to endure an
intimidating questioning about non-existent Saudi and
Lebanese visas in his passport. He was interrogated by
a tough-looking uniformed female police officer while
a non-uniformed agent watched. The officer asked him
why he had Saudi and Lebanese visas. When he responded
that this could not be his passport because he does
not have such visas, she proceeded to ask him for the
names of his father and grandfather. Despite the fact
that Ian answered the question the first time, she
repeated it three more times. By that stage Ian
realized that they were trying to intimidate him and
although he did feel some fear, he pointed out that
she asked the same question several times and that he
had already answered it. After about 25 minutes of
this, Ian was finally released with no explanation and
a feeble apology about delaying him.
As a former Israeli citizen with military training I
am familiar with the psychological tactics used by the
Israeli Border Patrol (MAGAV) and by the military.
They deliberately try to intimidate their victim and
keep him (or her) in a state of uncertainty -- about
what is going on, what it's all about, where his
papers are. They know that foreign nationals would
feel profoundly insecure without their passports and
that uncertainty would lead to fear and stress in most

integration. Human component: A soldier or analyst who scans scenes or
images. Machine component: Sensors that monitor the brain's activity
and relay information about it to commanders or computers. Analytical
application: Computers identify images and image areas flagged by the
human scan and select those for more thorough scrutiny. Battlefield
applications : 1) A prototype helmet already delivers "a visual
readout for combat commanders showing the cognitive patterns of
individual Soldiers." 2) "Brain pattern and heart rate data from
system-equipped soldiers will be transmitted wirelessly to commanders
in real-time to improve overall battlefield information management and
decision-making." Project buzzwords : "real-time cognitive state
assessment," "networked soldiers," "Augmented Cognition,"
"human-computer warfighting integral." Translation: We're fielding
cyborgs. Human Nature's prediction: The next step will be to remove
the human component from the battlefield and let machines provide the
sensor mobility as well as the information processing.
***********Ethics: The ethical dilema has been bought and paid for
already. A group of ethicists are being paid $250,000 to ask how much
we should use nanotechnology to enhance humans. Should we implant
future nanotech-enabled computers and actuators into soldiers to make
them more effective? If nanochips can help kids do better in school or
help locate a kidnapper, are parents obligated to provide them with
it? Does it make a difference if these enhancements are implanted,
rather than just worn outside the body?
The US Army is experimenting with connecting neuro-physiological
sensors to soldiers to assist them in cognition and sensemaking during
tense warfare situations:
The augmented cognition system uses neuro-physiological sensors that
assess a warfighter's attention by measuring and recording location,
brain activity and body responses, including heart rate, and adapting
to his preferred learning style.
Using that data, the system will then influence the way the soldier
gets information, according to a statement from the Army's Natick
Soldier Center in Natick, Mass. The technology will help individual
warfighters determine the most important information available and
decide the best course of action in varying environments.
"The technology we are developing will ultimately help warfighters
when they are faced with information overload, especially under
stress, and will significantly improve mission performance," said
Henry Girolamo, the Natick Soldier Center's DARPA agent for the Army's
Augmented Cognition Program.
Here are some examples of current DARPA 'Human-enhancing' projects:
The 'Brain Interface Program' is the most lavishly funded of nearly
all the DARPA bioengineering efforts (the project has been given over
$24 million budget). It is aimed at developing ways to 'integrate'
soldiers into machines -literally- by wiring them (remotely or
directly) to their planes, tanks, or computers. An implantable brain
chip has been implemented as well via the integration of
stimulus-response signals in the brain via electrodes. The Pentagon
hopes to use these 'modified' creatures in mine clearance. DARPA is
quoted "The human is becoming the weakest link in defense systems."
Enhancement efforts at the Brain Interface Program are now progressing
nicely. The chief of the project, Alan S. Rudolph, now wants to be
able to transmit images or sound directly into the brains of
soldiers...or prisoners of war.
*************The ' Metabolic Dominance and Engineered Tissue ' program
is aimed at being able to artificially pump up soldier endurance and
muscle strength. (electrogastric manipulation --b)
The ' Persistence in Combat ' program is a combat self-treatment
scheme which will include pain-reducing and blood-stopping devices and
techniques soldiers would apply to their own wounds -even moderately
severe ones- thereby bypassing the need for a medic and enabling a
soldier to keep fighting, despite serious wounds! Pain-obliterating
electrodes in the brain activate to nullify pain.
The ' Continuous Assisted Perfomance ' program hopes to find
biotechnological ways (implants, metabolic manipulation, etc) to make
it possible to push exhausted cyborg soldiers on without loss of
performance for up to seven days without sleep. (Heavy experimentation
with this as behaviour modification among our populace NOW--b)
The above technologies are referred to by DARPA under the subheading
of 'neuroengineering.' Now they are looking at micro processing chips
that can be implanted beneath the skull and remotely manipulated.
Rudolph estimates that a usable chip that could be field-tested soon.
Ted Berger of the University of Southern California , envisions pilots
who will be able to pilot their planes by thought alone, thanks to
brain implants.
Abstract : " Combining man and machine to enhance innate soldier
capabilities is the hallmark of a soldier-cyborg transformation.
Increasing the man-machine interface in the unpredictable environment
of war has enormous potential to change the human dimension of war.
This paper discusses the issues of values, ethics, and leadership
concerning technologically advanced armed forces as they move warfare
into the unfamiliar world of the cyborg."
Conclusion: The immediate future holds some very interesting prospects
for cyborg soldiers that remain largely unexamined by the general
populace.
