Americas weather will never work again without this massive and expensive and highly SECRET electro-chemical "Intervention", which is really just a cover for weaponry. Used in conjunction with satellites and antennae, this technology is the long hoped for "Doctoring from afar" of Mengele and others, especially the mind controllers.....we must hope the orbit of the moon is not affected, so that it becomes even more perturbed than it already is. I think thats a stark possibility, especially when weaponry experiments like the Indonesian Tsunami of 2004 are factored into the equation..
