Will Government Shutdown Stop Chemtrails?  I doubt it. We will now see that the government is not actually run from America any more, after the shutdown expect even more chemtrails as the israelis take firmer control of America. Here is what the republicans budget cuts mean (Other then a militarized police state): "The programs and benefits that would potentially face funding cuts include food stamps, unemployment benefits, federal civilian and military retirement, most veterans' programs, Supplemental Security Income and the refundable parts of the earned income tax credit and child tax credit.
